Frequently Asked Questions

Do you offer naming?

While we don’t provide company naming, we may make naming suggestions for sub-brands or products during our brand architecture work. For full naming services, we have a number of trusted partners to recommend.

We do not offer in-house web development services, but we can recommend several agencies. Regardless of who you choose to work with, we have a proven handoff and support process we’re happy to discuss if you’re open to working with multiple partners.

Let’s chat! Our retainer offering allows our agency to be more agile and take on a variety of projects. If we aren’t a fit, we may be able to recommend another agency or freelancer.

Our process is high-touch, highly collaborative, and designed for teams that move fast and want to make meaningful breakthroughs quickly.

We work within a structured weekly cadence with all of our partners:

  • We kickoff each week with a working session – A one-hour meeting at the start of the week (typically Monday afternoons or Tuesday) to align on strategy, feedback, direction, and priorities.
  • Async review and feedback loop – We deliver work every Friday, paired with a recorded walkthrough from our team. This allows you and your stakeholders to review it on your own time.
  • Unified feedback – Most of our partners use Mondays to gather internal thoughts and feedback, ensuring that by our weekly working session, feedback is clear, actionable, and ready to be discussed.

This approach eliminates the inefficiency of live pitches and presentations, giving you the space to think deeply while keeping the process moving. If you value structured collaboration and quick momentum, we’re likely a great fit for your team.

We partner with B2B companies of all sizes from around the world—from early-stage startups preparing for their next funding round to billion-dollar enterprises gearing up for IPOs. We also work with private equity-backed tech companies navigating rapid growth through acquisitions.

Regardless of your size or stage, we believe in the power of brand to drive meaningful business impact. If you’re committed to building a strong, strategic brand, we’d love to explore how we can support you

First, let’s clear up a common misconception: A rebrand doesn’t always mean changing your company’s name. While that can be part of the process, a rebrand is much bigger—it starts with brand strategy, identifying opportunities in your market and distilling your company’s ethos into a clear direction. From there, the scope may include a new logo, visual and verbal identity, website, and more.

A brand refresh, on the other hand, is a more focused evolution. It often includes a lighter strategy phase and refines your existing brand rather than overhauling it. If you have a solid foundation but need more structure or refinement, a refresh can help bring clarity and consistency.

Not sure which is right for you? We can help guide that decision and ensure your brand investment aligns with your business goals.
